Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Our water is safe.
There is no evidence that Coronavirus can be transmitted via treated drinking water.

We’ll be here, working for you.
We’re operating at full capacity to assure that our customers have the water and sewer services they need. We do not anticipate any service disruptions. Our mission to support public health and protect the environment, and we always will.

Electronic bill payments protect you and our staff.
Auto Draft, Epay, and Pay-by-Phone options eliminate the need to handle mail or visit a branch office, and all are available 24/7.

Branch offices are closed; Drive-Thru lanes remain open.
*Rivers Ave. location offers walk-up teller service in one of the vehicle drive-thru lanes.
Night Deposit Boxes remain open 24/7.

Your water and sewer will stay on, even if you can’t pay your bill.
We’ve temporarily paused all non-payment shut-offs. We will continue to do so until it’s appropriate to return to normal operations. As always, we’re glad to arrange payment plans.
*Important: Customer bills/debt will not be forgiven or erased, so please continue to make payments to the best of your ability. Late fees and any other applicable charges will still apply.
